This Petit Chablis impresses with its brilliant light yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it appears youthful and fresh with almost scented aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and a touch of mussel limestone. On the palate, it is again very fruity with lots of citrus, some lemongrass and ripe stone fruit, wonderful minerality and a harmonious balance between acidity and fruit. A great wine from northern Burgundy, which is an ideal accompaniment to both an aperitif and a wide variety of dishes.
