Tasting note
Every music enthusiast is familiar with Pennyroyal Tea and knows where the direction is headed. Wild yet gentle. In the glass the turbidity is quite noticeable. On the nose, the first harbingers of berries and some herbal notes. Perfect harmony of fruit and herbal notes on the palate. Nice finish that definitely screams for more.
Culinary recommendation
If you want to pay tribute to this wine, give it dishes with strong notes. Wild is a perfect companion. Naturally wild yet warm.
