On the palate, incredibly elegant and rich in finesse, the fruit is harmoniously complemented by a delicate woody spice and a pronounced steely minerality, which gives the wine a great tension. Spontaneously fermented and endowed with a naturally balanced acidity, this Chardonnay has a long life ahead of it. “Onderduivenshok Rivier” is a mini appellation that belongs to the “Cape South Coast”.
