About the wine

Tasting note
The components used to make this artisanal cape blend are Shiraz (60%), Pinotage (30%) and Mourvèdre (10%). Shiraz shines in this exciting combination with its spicy smokiness and the aromas of ripe berries. Pinotage adds an unmistakable contribution to the mix, rounded off with a touch of Mourvèdre. Apart from rough appearances, the simple cleaver becomes an instrument of refinement in the skilled hands of the artisan butcher.
