About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Alconde conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. This dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 — Navarra Reserva Sardasol DO is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or red meat.

Tasting note
Dense ruby red with garnet reflections. Aromatic, spicy on the nose with the scent of ripe berries and vanilla. On the palate, soft tannins, rich, melty and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, beef and game.
Vinification
Harvest the grapes by hand, with direct destemming of the harvested material. Classic maceration to extract the dyes, followed by 18-month aging in “Allier” oak and American oak barrels. The wine ages in the bottle for a further 18 months.
