About the wine
Naracu (or Nuraghe) were once fortresses built by the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean and can be found all over the island of Sardinia.
Tasting note
Ruby red color with beautiful brick red reflections. The intense bouquet of ripe fruit reflects the soft warmth on the palate and the fullness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all Sardinian specialities, but especially with red meat and mature cheese.
Vinification
The vinification takes approx. 7 to 8 days and is carried out exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Regular pumping of the mash promotes the extraction of polyphenols. Biological acid degradation takes place immediately after alcoholic fermentation. Before the wine is bottled, it stays in steel tanks for a few months.
