About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian Weingut Kloster am Spitz conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. We have a special, dominant Chardonnay from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Chardonnay can be served very well with poultry or soft cheese.
Bio
Tasting note
Bright yellow, silver reflections. Delicate pome fruit notes underlaid with fresh meadow herbs, a hint of apple, walnut and some orange zest. Medium complexity, light-footed and fresh, delicate white peach on the finish, a hint of blossom honey in the aftertaste, a finesse accompaniment to food.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, fish & seafood, poultry & veal, Asian food, hard & soft cheeses.
