About the wine
First, the fine grapes are harvested by hand. They are then deferred as quickly as possible and then mashed. The mash is allowed to ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a long maceration on the skins, which can take 15 to 21 days. The resulting wine may then mature in oak barrels for about 20 to 24 months.

Tasting note
Color: deep ruby red, tending to garnet red when aged; scent: very intense, scents of ripe red fruits, cocoa and spices; taste: wine with great structure and elegance. The mix of fullness and softness makes this Merlot powerful yet harmonious. It has a remarkable and lasting harmonic complexity.

It is an excellent accompaniment to hearty dishes such as red meat, game, roasts and mature cheese
