About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the French winery Domaine de Pécany extend across the landscapes of the southwest, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. Tasting note
The vines, usually over 35 years old, are grown on clay and calcareous soils. The harvest takes place in five rounds and only the rotten grapes infested with botritis are harvested. Nice golden robe. On the nose, we recognize notes of dried orange peel, honey, pineapple and dried apricots. On the palate, this wine is full, fortified and beautifully balanced thanks to its natural acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with duck liver, blue cheese and chocolate desserts.
