Tasting note
Bright, radiant beauty with a stormy but very profound heart, clear aromas of wild cherry, blueberry, and kumquat dance on a soft foundation of warm spice and florality, wild rose, acacia blossom, bright, light-footed and lively. On the palate, first with a lot of tension, with stony, dry minerality, then suddenly juicy and smooth again, with balsamic, spicy sounds, everything so clear, so defined and yet so united, reserved, flooded with light and thus bursting with great inner strength.
Vinification
Very selective, early harvest by hand. Whole grape fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts with only slight extraction in cement tanks, aging over 6 months also in cement tanks.
