Tasting note
Rich golden yellow with amber reflections. On the nose, notes of apricot jam, honey, dried fruits and nuts. Very complex on the palate with wonderful sweetness and acidity and enormous length in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Unbeatable with chocolate-orange desserts!
Vinification
After hand harvesting, the grapes are dried on straw mats. The dried grapes are then gently pressed and the must is fermented in steel tanks. The young wine is aged in small wooden barrels for several months.
