The nature of the Bündner Herrschaft can be described with such words as mountainous or hilly. However, the Swiss winery Komminoth Weine is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! The outstanding Pinot Blanc 2017 — Maienfelder Weissburgunder Graubünden AOC is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Pinot Blanc with tapas or hard cheese.

Tasting note
Color: Medium straw yellow. Aroma: Distinctive, open and youthful, ripe yellow apple, subtle citrus notes and a hint of exotic fruit. Character: On the palate, a pleasant-looking, well-integrated acidity, yellow apple and tropical fruits, fresh, racy, well-balanced and well-balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif (served cold), soft and semi-hard cheeses, terrines, fish, raclette, and fondue.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation and 8-month aging in stainless steel tanks. Biological acid degradation (BSA).
