Reddish black. Aromas of black berries, dense black fruits. Dense on the palate with intense fruit. Half aged in oak barrels over 200 years old, half in new wood. Ludovic & Magali give their wines a lot, much time. At least 3 am 5 years, the wine linger in peace, without moving. In vinification, they relied entirely on the natural cycle of maturation. The result in a comment from a customer who surprised me tomorrow during the wine evaluation in the Cavino shop: “Sensational, simply sensational.” How right he is.
