A Blanc de Noirs made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Meunier. The grapes for this come from the plots Les Grands Chemins and Les Chappes, which also gives rise to the name. Both cultivated areas are located in a 1er cru location in Vrigny. Expanded in used wooden barrels of various sizes. A complex, elegant charmer with a vinous character. The nose shows red-berry aromas, some plum and sour cherry, but also citric notes of blood orange and pink grapefruit, floral-spicy underlaid with fine almond blossom and licorice tones. Demonstrating depth on the palate, gripping, harmonious, with great freshness and a salty mineral character. Only 3094 bottles produced!
