Tasting note
Vivid red color. The scent is fresh and fruity with notes of wild berries. On the palate, the tannins are velvety, harmonious and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pot roast, potato gratin, pasta with meat sauce, truffles, aged cheese.
Vinification
The orientation is northwest, northeast, west, the soil is clayey and calcareous, with traces of sand. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 8-9 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. 8-month storage in large oak barrels (225 - 500 - 1000L).
