Composed of half Pinot Noir and Chardonnay The grapes come from the “en Haute Frillon” vineyard in Celles-sur-Ource. The aging takes place in 300 liter oak barrels, with only minimal sulfurization. The bouquet features aromas of vineyard peaches, yellow cherries, juicy apples, mirabelles and citrus fruits, plus notes of toasted brioche and delicate vanillin. Fresh, fruity palate, with good pressure, again finely smoky spice and an animating, delicate mineral structure.
