Bio
Tasting note
Dense, powerful aromas of blueberries, cassis, black cherries and dark pepper. Intense taste of dark fruits, dark chocolate, mocha and pepper. A clearly structured wine, with an elegantly integrated acidity and a finely meshed tannin structure.

Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Bio-Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die ideale Genussphase dieses Weins: Jetzt bis 2030. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Kreation rot S passt bestens zu Gruyère Burger, Ribeye Steak und rotem Fleisch.
Vinification
Manual reading several times. Long mash fermentation in traditional wood cows, spontaneous fermentation, natural, biological acid degradation, aging in new and used small oak barrels for approx. 12 months, subsequent aging in large wooden barrels.
