About the wine

This wine, which is made from white vinified Pinot Noir grapes, immediately appears ideal, especially for a quick aperitif that can be enjoyed in good company with friends. The grapes are gently pressed with horizontal lung presses to obtain a must that is as low in dye as possible. During the second fermentation, selected yeasts are added, which initiate controlled secondary fermentation. Il peccatore appears to us to be a tasty and pleasantly refreshing product.
