Tasting note
With the 2015 vintage, you immediately have chalk with a touch of lemon in your nose. Fine vivid bubbles quickly form an elegant, pale gold crown at the top of the glass. The first sip glides beautifully and makes you want more. On the palate, it is both creamy and spicy and is extended by a long mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, oysters and fish dishes.
Vinification
After a full 7 years on the yeast with only a minimal extra brut dosage of 2.5g/l, Bonnaire Grand Cru Cramant Vintage 2015 is an aged wine with great energy and a perfect representation of what the young Bonnaire generation is capable of.
