Composed of grapes from the Burgundy family, consisting of 40% Weissburgunder; 40% Pinot Gris and 20% Morillon (Chardonnay), from vineyards 400-500 meters above sea level around Gamlitz. The harvest is done by hand in small reading boxes. The largest part is whole grape pressing, a small proportion has a short maceration period of max. 6 hours. The aging takes place in large wooden barrels of 300-1000 liters. The bouquet features aromas of honey melons, white peaches and pears (mousse), plus fine glacier candy tones, underpinned by floral-spicy notes of yellow flowers, cereal flakes and shortbread. On the palate, juicy, round fruit and a delicate mix of sweetness and acidity.
