About the wine
The winemaker from the Austrian winery Esterhazy has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the hallmarks of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of Burgenland. The dominant white wine 2016 — Estoras Grüner Veltliner Burgenland Qualitätswein is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Tasting note
Gold with green-grey reflections. Typical full-ripe fruit bouquet of honeydew melons, pink grappefruit, pure Claude, floral touch underlaid with a spicy-peppery hint, fine almonds, typical vegetable hint. Long start, lively acidity, impressions of fine, peppery Veltliner spice remain on the palate, mineral, slightly greenish and warming in the finale. A Veltliner with good reserves, fresh and racy.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold and hot starters, white poultry and various pastries.
