Tasting note
Notes such as toasted bread, sponge cake, dried fruit and some candied fruit. Great presence in the mouth, buttery, freshness, harmony and a lot of elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, poultry, vegetables, fruit desserts.
Vinification
Pinot Noir and Baga are first fermented in stainless steel tanks. For the second fermentation, they were bottled and then matured for 54 months on the fine yeast.
