Tasting note
Intense golden yellow. Delicate aromas of white fruits accompanied by subtle roasted aromas, butter and vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, strong with lots of melting and well-integrated, subtle woody aromas. Very long, refreshing and warm finish. A great white wine from Bierzo.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, fish, pasta with cream sauces and poultry dishes.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging for several months in oak barrels.
