About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery El Loco has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Inspiring vivid yellow color with green rays. On the nose, intense notes of white fruits such as apples and pears combined with tropical fruits such as pineapple or passion fruit. There is also an anise and herbal note. Good structure and balance on the palate. Complex and elegant Verdejo

Goes well with fish and rice dishes such as paellas or risotto. Excellent with tuna tataki.
