Tasting note
Delicate, fruity and lively, with distinctive Sauvignon Blanc aromas of passion fruit and lime, with hints of cherry and strawberry aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, it is balanced, with crisp acidity and fruity undertones.

Vinification
Traditional reductive Sauvignon Blanc winemaking. Three weeks before bottling, 3% fresh Cabernet Sauvignon was added to Sauvignon Blanc until the perfect rose-red coral color was achieved. After fermentation, the wine was left on the lees for 1 month and was stirred once a week to improve mouthfeel and concentration. Elapse 3 weeks before bottling and stabilization.
