Tasting note
In the glass, a dark, almost black color. On the nose, a slight note of stone, herbs and dark berries. On the palate, a fantastic harmony of herbs and blackberries paired with cassis. It is also very nice to see here that it has neither been brightened nor filtered.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with a plate of fresh pasta with porcini mushrooms or a grilled beef steak.
