Tasting note
Multi-faceted, like a finely cut ruby in a glass - with a plethora of fruity, spicy aromas that invite you. On the palate, rewarding dark chocolate and mocha are combined with generous aromas of ripe berries, supported by the firm structure resulting from the careful maturation in oak wood.

Goes very well with a grilled chicken with truffled rutabaga.

A winemaker from Biel in the South African wine paradise - In 2002, the Neuchâtel winemaker Jean-Claude “JC” Martin (formerly Domaine les Grillettes) founded the “Creation Wines” winery near Hermanus with his wife Carolyn, South African with generations of winegrowing ancestors. As a member of the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative, Creation Wines is committed to protecting and preserving natural biodiversity. Traditional mash fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. Slight filtration before bottling Aged for 16 months in 33% new French wooden barrels.
