About the wine
The dominant red wine 2019 — Creation Cabernet Sauvignon is the missing puzzle piece in your wine rack. The winemaker from the South African winery Creation Wines greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Tasting note
As multi-faceted as a finely cut ruby in a glass - with an abundance of fruity, spicy aromas that invite you to linger. On the palate, rewarding dark chocolate and mocha combine with generous ripe berry aromas, supported by the firm structure resulting from reasonable oak aging.

Recommended with red meats such as top-quality braised beef or venison in a spicy, fruity sauce.
Vinification
A Biel winemaker in the South African wine paradise - In 2002, Neuchâtel winemaker Jean-Claude “JC” Martin (formerly Domaine les Grillettes) and his wife Carolyn, South African with generations of winemaker ancestors, founded the “Creation Wines” winery near Hermanus. As a member of the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative, Creation Wines is committed to protecting and preserving natural biodiversity. After fermentation was complete, the wine matured for 16 months in French oak barrels, of which 31% was new wood, 33% was second-filled and 36% was third-filled wood.
