A wonderfully tasty Pinot Noir, in the lighter yet complex style of Jura wines, made from grapes from the “La Martinée” vineyard. Around 20% of the grapes were not destemmed and fermented with the styles, which gives it a certain spice. The wine was aged in 300-liter oak barrels for around 10 months. Fresh fruity nose with aromas of red berries, cherry juice and some plum skin, plus a subtle touch of blood orange and fine floral notes, underlined with delicate herbal and tobacco notes. Showing nice freshness on the palate, again with juicy fruit and fine spiciness. It's best to drink a little cooler.
