About the wine
3 farms 1 wine: The wines from the Single Ferment series contain fruits from more than one plot or vineyard and are co-fermented in a single fermentation process. The fruits do not all get into the tank at the same time. When each vineyard is ready, they are simply stacked onto the already fermenting tank — one single ferment.

Tasting note
Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the red wine, which, with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta, hearty meat dishes and pizza.
Vinification
Grapes from steep vineyards in Guarilihue; fermentation with our own yeasts, aging for 9 months in used, large wooden barrels.
