About the wine
With the snappy Sangiovese 2018 — Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Lareale, nuances and accents are redefined. Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian Castello di Lamole winery conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sangiovese with pasta or beef.
Tasting note
Ruby red. Spicy with lots of cherry and raspberry, dried rose petal. Juicy and firm on the palate, it is hearty, with salty tannin, with a remarkable emphasis.

Vinification
After pressing, the must ferments with maceration for two weeks on the skins in steel tanks, where it remains until the beginning of spring. This is followed by more than two years of aging in 30 and 50 hl oak barrels.
