Tasting note
The Creation Reserve Chardonnay, which comes from a single vineyard, has its very own presence and what a presence! Vivid aromas of fresh grapefruit and fragrant apples blend with a touch of honey and a touch of cinnamon. These aromas end on the pure palate, where buttery nuances stand for freshness and finesse due to the characteristic minerality.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with a veal sequin with a porcini mushroom risotto.

A winemaker from Biel in the South African wine paradise - In 2002, the Neuchâtel winemaker Jean-Claude “JC” Martin (formerly Domaine les Grillettes) founded the “Creation Wines” winery near Hermanus with his wife Carolyn, South African with generations of winegrowing ancestors. As a member of the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative, Creation Wines is committed to protecting and preserving natural biodiversity. Aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak barrels.
