Tasting note
A Grand Cru with length, depth, a velvety structure and pleasant minerality. Full-bodied. Fresh notes of lemons, gingerbread, raspberries and cherries round off the taste experience.

Vinification
Made from 60 percent Chardonnay and 40 Pinot Noir. The vines are all at least 50 years old and come from Avize, Ay and Ambonnay. The base wine is aged in 225 liter oak barrels. It is stored on the dosage for three years. The optimal ripeness of the grapes as well as the quality of the soil contribute to the quality. The liveliness emphasises the minerality of the wine.
