Tasting note
The Champagne Brut Special Club AOC bouquet of sour cherries, red plums and forest soil shows complex aroma characteristics and plenty of potential for enjoyment. The dominant shades of black cherry, prune and black berries create their individual texture. Strong body and dominant acidity result in the sparkling wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows plenty of character and class.
