Six generations. Nine acres. It has depth. That has proximity. Not a grape, not a bottle that wasn't touched here and processed in-house. Jean-Philipp learned to read the weather, the vines and the countryside in Festiny from an early age from his grandfather and father - and how to express it all in champagne with depth and balance - slightly higher dosage.
