Tasting note
The Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaudevey has one of Julien Brocard's most floral bouquets, dandelion and peony aromas that complement lemon curd and quince, with a touch of white chocolate added over time. The palate is fresh and salty. It has a crunchy acidity, is juicy and has a lively, maritime-like finish. This is a fine-tuned vaudevey that you can enjoy over the next 7 or 8 years.
