About the wine

From parents to children — for many generations, the Chevalliers have passed on their knowledge and the land that nourishes them to their descendants. As was common at the time, grain was originally cultivated, sheep and cattle were bred, but wine had also been cultivated since 1788. After an interruption of two generations, the brothers Claude and Jean-Louis resume the original, traditional work of their ancestors. The credo of father and daughter is still to press wines of unparalleled authenticity and quality. In 2018, Céline not only took over responsibility for the winery, but also this endeavour from her dad. With her Chablis, she wins awards all over France every year.
