Tasting note
The bouquet shows the tremendous potential: intense and dense, typical cherry and pomegranate fruits, followed by tobacco and balsamic notes. Polished and balanced on the palate, with lots of melting, wonderfully woven, elegant, ripe tannin and a tremendous length in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty meat dishes made from game, lamb and beef and aged cheese.
Vinification
Grape selection by hand, spontaneous fermentation without addition of yeast, aging for 43 months in large wooden barrels.
