About the wine
First, the noble grapes are harvested by hand. They are then destemmed as quickly as possible and then mashed. The mash is left to ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a long maceration on the skins, which can last 15 to 21 days. The pressed wine is then allowed to mature in oak barrels for about 20 to 24 months

Tasting note
Deep ruby red, tending to garnet red when aged. Intense, aromas of ripe fruit that intertwine with spicy notes and roasted smells. On the palate, it is a very rich and well-structured wine. A fine acidity is accompanied by aromas of red fruits, the toasted notes and elegant tannins make this wine very complex and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
It accompanies excellent hearty dishes such as red meat, game meat, roasts and mature cheese.
