Tasting note
Bright cherry red with rose gold reflections, finely sparkling. Fresh, fruity bouquet, cherry, currants, raspberry jam, delicate floral notes of elderberry, herbal and vegetarian scent in the finale. Lively, long start, delicate acid/tanning, fine sparkling, medium-bodied body, dominant sweetness on the finish, present on the palate. Voluptuous, seductive — surprisingly different.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine almond cake, panettone, strawberry tiramisù and cherry gratin.
