About the wine
The origins of the Pecchenino winery go back to the 18th century. It has always been owned by the family and is always passed on from father to offspring. Since 1987, it has been owned by brothers Orlando and Attila Pecchenino. The winery is located south of Barolo and comprises 26 ha of vineyards around their manor house in Dogliani, and they also own a 3-hectare farm in Monforte d'Alba where they cultivate the vines for their Barolos and press the young wine at prime locations.

Mit markant-satten Gerbstoffen, kräftigem Körper und hervorstechender Säure präsentiert dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine einwandfreie Qualität.

Vinification
Mash fermentation for 20 days, half of the wine is aged over 12 months in 225 liter barrique and half in 2500 liter oak barrels.
