Tasting note
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma: Wonderful bouquet of elderberry, green tea with tropical notes such as passion fruit and grapefruit. Character: Fresh and crunchy on the palate. The notes of tropical fruits are repeated, well balanced with a harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
With cold starters, asparagus dishes, grilled vegetables, fish and goat cheese.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging in stainless steel tanks for 7 months.
