About the wine
New to our range! The mother of the current owners inherited the small vineyards in the Binissalem region from relatives as a little girl. Since 2007, the family has continued their mother's inheritance, respects the unique terroir, cultivates the tradition of winemaking and preserves the local, autochthonous grape varieties.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red. On the nose, with intense aromas of red berries, vanilla, sandalwood and licorice. Very soft on the palate with aromas of ripe plums, coffee, chocolate and light herbal notes. Silky tannins, well-integrated acidity and a balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with Majorcan vegetable dish tumbet or frito with liver and potatoes.
Vinification
The wine was aged for 12 months in 225l and 500l barriques, 30% of which was new wood.
