About the wine

With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Pasqua masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming countryside of Veneto. Tasting note
A wine with intense aromas of wild cherries, red currants and a hint of roasted aromas. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, with sweet and round tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty starters or meats and recent cheeses.
Vinification
Using the traditional ripasso method. 8 months in barrique. Aging in the bottle for 2-3 months.
