Give yourself a treat for the senses with the first-class Bical DOC Bairrada from 2017! The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Kompassus has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny countryside of Bairrada.

Tasting note
Very concentrated nose, which is primarily on the mineral side. Juicy citrus fruits, delicate saltiness and harmoniously integrated wood. The acid is present but not disturbing.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, poultry, saltwater fish, seafood and veal.
Vinification
The Bical is fermented and aged in used 400-liter French oak barrels for 8 months.
