Tasting note
Garnet red. Rich and complex, with ripe red fruits, cherries, dried flowers, sweet spices, leather and balsamic herbs; soft, elegant, full-bodied and structured, with great balance and a very long finish.

Goes well with stewed red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
Vinification
Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement, without the addition of yeasts or additives, with maceration for 30-35 days with daily pumping and parting by hand, without clarification or filtration
