The winemaker from the Italian winery Rocche Costamagna masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and sunny landscape of Piedmont. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Nebbiolo can be served very well with beef or burrata.

The aroma fan opens wide with notes of violet, rose and lilac, complemented by the scent of Christmas stollen, mocha and licorice. There is also a hint of laurel and mint. On the palate, it is no less complex. The strong tannins and well-integrated acidity will allow it to mature well. However, it offers wonderful drinking pleasure just after bottling.
