About the wine
Brovia is one of the best Barolo producers in Piedmont and manages large individual sites such as Villero, Rocche di Castiglione and Garblét Sue. These Nebbiolo plants are characterized by high quality, unique elegance, strong character and great ripening potential.
Tasting note
Its elegant garnet red crowns every festive occasion with style and elegance. You won't find this color in any color catalog. The bouquet of the Barolo Garblet Sue DOCG by anise shows a complex aroma character and a lot of finesse. The striking shades of roses and cherries create their individual texture. A strong body and outstanding acidity result in the fruity red wine, which shows a lot of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth. This top wine won the prize: Vinous: 94.

Flaschenpost team recommends this Barolo Garblet Sue DOCG to go with beef, truffle risotto and pizza.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation for 15 to 20 days on the skins at a maximum temperature of 28 °C, followed by classic ageing in French wooden barrels (30 hl) for two years. Bottling without filtration and subsequent bottle maturation under optimal conditions.
