About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Azelia - Luigi Scavino is absolutely proficient in his craft. The south-western areas are characterized by lime and clay. The average age The vines are 40 years old. The berries are grown at 30 degrees Fermented in Celsius for 20 days, the young wine becomes then aged for two years in large wooden barrels. Luigi Scavino describes the wine as follows: “A flawless balance: aromatic, rich in finesse, full-bodied and with potential.” We have noted: Spicy (cinnamon), fruity notes (fully ripe strawberries).
