Tasting note
The majority of Obertos have systems with old Stockings spread over several layers in the Barolo appellation are distributed. Thanks to loamy soil, Roggeri brings intense colors, lots of extract and dense tannin, which Pure south facing Rive contributes warmth, melting and abundance, San Biagio, characterized by sandy, light soil, the elegant, finesse-rich notes. The expansion will take place during 24 to 30 months in 2500 liter wooden barrels from Slavonian oak instead. The mixture results in a particularly complex and multi-layered Barolo in classic style: notes of cocoa, chocolate and Dried fruit, very clear, precisely defined, with fine Spice (cinnamon and clove), but also some licorice. On the palate well-structured with fine and well-embedded tannin. This Barolo is sustainable, elegant and exciting. It will be round 20,000 bottles filled.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The majority of the Obertos have plants with old vines, which are spread over several sites in the Barolo appellation. The aging takes place for 24 to 30 months in 2500 liter Slavonian oak barrels. Around 20,000 bottles are filled.
